Shift Type: Rotating day and night shifts, self-scheduling with balanced schedule provided to manager, 3 weekends in a 6-week schedule, rotating holidays, call requirement per census

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate LDRP care to mothers and newborns in a supportive community hospital setting
- Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Magnesium, Insulin, and D10
- Interpret fetal monitoring strips and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to support high-BMI, diabetic, and substance-use patients through every stage of labor and postpartum recovery
- Float within Zone 1 when needed to support sister facilities and ensure excellent patient outcomes across the region
