Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with a 26-bed capacity, managing high-risk labor, C-sections, antepartum, and postpartum patients
- Maintain appropriate patient ratios including 1:1 for high-risk labor and C-sections, and 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on magnesium, and postpartum on magnesium
- Perform and assist with procedures including C-sections, inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler monitoring
- Operate unit equipment including Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN (GE) monitors
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN EMR systems
- Collaborate within a team nursing model, supporting fellow nurses and contributing to unit staffing needs
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- EFM-C or AWHONN certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience circulating C-sections
- High-risk LDR experience
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
