Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: June 30, 2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with a 26-bed capacity, managing high-risk labor, C-sections, antepartum, and postpartum patients
  • Maintain appropriate patient ratios including 1:1 for high-risk labor and C-sections, and 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on magnesium, and postpartum on magnesium
  • Perform and assist with procedures including C-sections, inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler monitoring
  • Operate unit equipment including Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN (GE) monitors
  • Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN EMR systems
  • Collaborate within a team nursing model, supporting fellow nurses and contributing to unit staffing needs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Current NRP certification
  • EFM-C or AWHONN certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience circulating C-sections
  • High-risk LDR experience
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
