    Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs, maintaining patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 for Labor & Delivery and 3:1 for Postpartum per AWHONN guidelines
    • Assist with and support clinical procedures including versions, cesarean sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs
    • Utilize Meditech/CPN EMR system and Beacon equipment to document and manage patient care
    • Collaborate with charge RNs and interdisciplinary team members across night shift operations
    • Provide postpartum care as needed in addition to primary Labor & Delivery responsibilities
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current BLS certification
    • Current ACLS certification
    • Current NRP certification
    • EFM-C certification or AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience with Meditech EMR system
    • Postpartum nursing experience highly preferred
    • Adaptable, flexible, and team-oriented professional demeanor
