Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor and Delivery unit throughout the night shift
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as ordered by the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Ability to work night shifts including every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- AWHONN fetal monitoring certification or equivalent
