Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for antepartum, intrapartum, and surgical (circulating RN) patients
- Manage PACU recovery for both the patient and neonate following delivery
- Monitor and care for 1–2 laboring patients per assignment within an 11-bed unit with 3-bed triage, 2-bed PACU, and 2 operating rooms
- Utilize facility EMR systems (Cerner and GE Centricity) for accurate and timely documentation
- Float to other units as required per facility need
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Completion of Basic Arrhythmia Course
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner and/or GE Centricity EMR systems
- Familiarity with circulating RN responsibilities in a Labor and Delivery surgical setting
