Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit during day shift hours
- Monitor maternal and fetal status using advanced fetal monitoring techniques throughout labor and delivery
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, supporting physicians and the clinical care team
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for obstetric patients
- Respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Complete required facility learning modules and maintain compliance with all assignment requirements prior to and during the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona with no disciplinary actions; license must be verified within the last 30 days
- Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
- Resume detailing all facilities worked, departments, trauma level designations, and bed counts
