Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit during day shift hours
Monitor maternal and fetal status using advanced fetal monitoring techniques throughout labor and delivery
Assist with and respond to obstetric emergencies, applying ACLS and NRP protocols as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
Active Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
Active NRP certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
