Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Oconomowoc, WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: 7PM - 7:30AM
Total Weekly Hours: 36 L&D/NICU RN with Mother Baby Trained - NOCS Contract Length: 13 weeks
Orientation Date: 5/5
Guaranteed Hours : 36
Primary Location: Memorial Hospital
Shift Requirements: 12 HR Nights (1900-0730)_
Weekend/Holiday: every 3rd weekend; holiday rotation
Float Requirements: As needed to Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago or other units
On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, WI RN
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of experience as NICU RN with mother/baby experience - At least 1 travel contract completed required.
Charting Experience Required: EPIC
Required Skillset: Triage and evaluate patients - circulating in the OR
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 36 bed unit, mother baby, birthing, Patient ratio 1:1 Labor, 1:3 Anti-Partum, 1:3 Mom baby couplets
Case Types: Levels 1 thru 3
Hard worker, Independent, Articulate, Resilient and Manages Change well, Flexible, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Any Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
