Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
LocationNewton, MA
Schedule / Job TypeContract | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Days and Nights (7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:15 PM–7:15 AM) | Every other weekend and rotating holidays required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor and Delivery unit
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adapt to rotating day and night shift schedules based on unit needs
- Participate in weekend and holiday coverage rotations as required
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Prior Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts as needed by the unit
- Availability for every other weekend and rotating holiday shifts
