Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Including Post-Partum and Baby Unit)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and the Baby Unit during night shift hours
- Float to other units within the facility as needed to meet staffing demands
- Care for overflow patients from the Progressive Care Unit as required
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout the labor, delivery, and post-partum process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
- Ability to float to multiple units and adapt to varying patient care needs
- Comfortable working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in Post-Partum and newborn/baby unit care
- Prior experience with Progressive Care Unit or similar step-down patient populations
- Familiarity with small or rural hospital settings
