Labor and Delivery (L&D) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts per week | Full-time and 48-hour applicants welcome
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess laboring patients, fetal status, and maternal well-being throughout the birthing process
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries in collaboration with the obstetric care team
- Float to Postpartum unit as needed to support patient care continuity
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current Labor and Delivery clinical experience
- BLS and other required certifications as applicable to OB nursing
- Ability to float to Postpartum (PP) as needed
- Willingness to work night shift in a travel assignment capacity
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
- Experience in Postpartum nursing to support float requirements
- Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
