    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Required as Scheduled

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients across a broad range of age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
    • Monitor and interpret fetal and maternal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
    • Float within the Labor and Delivery specialty and to Mother/Baby unit as needed
    • Adhere to unit scheduling requirements including every-other-weekend and holiday coverage as assigned
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Maryland RN license or valid Compact RN license – required at time of submission
    • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery RN experience with a strong clinical skillset; 2 years preferred
    • BLS certification – American Heart Association only – required at time of submission
    • ACLS certification – American Heart Association only – required at time of submission
    • NCC C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification – required at time of submission
    • STABLE and CPI certifications required (CPI online version must be through Calm Every Storm platform)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 2 or more years of Labor and Delivery RN experience
    • NIHSS certification
    • Comfort with floating within scope and across related units without restrictions
    • Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers accepted
