Key Responsibilities Provide bedside RN care for obstetrical patients presenting with a variety of needs including PPROM, SROM, rule-out labor, induction of labor, cesarean delivery, pre-eclampsia, and antepartum concerns. Deliver high-acuity nursing care within a Level 3 Perinatal Center averaging 250+ deliveries per month.

Deliver high-acuity nursing care within a Level 3 Perinatal Center averaging 250+ deliveries per month
Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in a 15-bed Labor and Delivery unit
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
Adhere to block scheduling protocols as applicable
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Indiana
Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required
Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity Labor and Delivery setting
Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
Familiarity with Level 3 Perinatal Center operations and protocols
