Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) setting
- Monitor and assess laboring patients throughout the continuum of labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
- Transition to Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU) patient assignments when LDRP census is low
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington or compact state eligibility
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or LDRP nursing
- Ability to float to Medical-Surgical Unit as needed
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a combined LDRP unit environment
- Medical-Surgical nursing experience as a secondary skill set
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
