Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting
- Manage and support patients through the full continuum of the labor and delivery process
- Accept and fulfill postpartum patient assignments as needed
- Respond to call-back requests during low-census periods in 4-hour increments
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Ability to take postpartum assignments in addition to Labor and Delivery duties
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an LDRP or combined Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum unit
- Comfort and flexibility with variable census and on-call scheduling requirements
