Candidates must be prepared for over 1,000 deliveries a month. Guaranteed hours are 48 per week. Successful candidates will have experience in SVE competency and C-Section circulation. No requests for time off or special scheduling will be considered. The unit consists of 32 beds and 150 staff members. The staffing ratio accommodates 1:1 or 1:2 for both day and night shifts. Types of procedures performed include SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude. The dress code includes navy blue scrubs. Only solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts are acceptable. Candidates with previous high-volume unit experience and internal monitor placement competency will be prioritized. This position offers the opportunity for permanent roles on the unit.
