Call is required on a rotational basis. Every other weekend shifts are included. The candidate will undergo clinical review to determine fit. If clinically passed, the candidate will be sent for a final decision. Clinical screenings will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. Manager will conduct interviews for potential candidates. Candidates may be required to care for COVID patients. This facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Candidates must notify prior to submission if applicable. RTO must be a maximum of 7 days. Floating may be required as needed. Holiday availability is required. Patient ratios are expected to be 4:1. The unit comprises a range of patient age groups, including neonates and adults. Daily census averages around eight patients. The unit supports interdisciplinary collaboration with various services. Candidates should have skills in diverse obstetric and neonatal care procedures.
