Unit Patient Ratios vary from 1:1, 2:1, to 3:1.
Responsibilities may include floating within a 25-mile radius of the facility.
Candidate must possess a strong understanding of patient care in the Labor and Delivery setting.
Candidates should be adaptable, team-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Candidate must be prepared to provide high-quality care to patients.
