Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery

Location: New Braunfels, TX

Pay: $2,410.56 per week

Shifts: Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in New Braunfels, TX. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery
  • Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Administer medications and treatments while assessing for side-effects and effectiveness
  • Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
  • Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and care givers

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
  • BLS certification required (AHA only)
  • Current RN License in Texas or compact state
  • AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification
  • Current STABLE certification (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants)
  • Current NRP and ACLS certification (AHA only)
