Job Title: RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Canon City, CO
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Night Shift (12x3)

Pay Rate: $2400 to $2680 per week
Job Summary:

As an L&D RN, you’ll guide patients through one of life’s most unforgettable experiences—bringing new life into the world while keeping both mom and baby safe, supported, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
- Administer medications, IVs, and support epidural procedures
- Provide continuous patient care, education, and reassurance
- Respond quickly to changes in maternal or fetal condition
- Collaborate with OB physicians, midwives, and neonatal teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience
- Strong fetal monitoring and labor management skills
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
