This facility is a critical access hospital. The patient population includes maternity women and newborns. The unit has 2 labor beds and 3 postpartum beds. Patient ratios are 1:2. The electronic health record system in use is Meditech. The supervisor is the Unit Manager. Common diagnoses and treatments involve labor. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be cooperative, and show initiative. Preferred skills include PALS and experience with EHR systems. Couplet care is a part of the care model. Candidates must meet all required certifications prior to starting.
