Description:
This position includes 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
Candidates will be expected to manage a variety of tasks related to labor and delivery.
Experience with IV starts is essential.
Candidates must possess certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN (or equivalent).
Floating to different units may be required as per patient needs.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior travel nursing experience.
Job responsibilities include the administration of medications and monitoring patient progress.
Candidates should be familiar with electronic medical records, specifically the Epic system.
This will be a fast-paced environment, supporting a diverse patient population.
All applicants must be prepared for a thorough credentialing process.
References will be required from previous supervisors or managers, with no coworker references accepted.
Candidates will receive additional training and support as needed throughout their assignment.
