Job Details

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: 3x12
- Experience Required: 2 Years
- Weekly Pay: $2300 to $2500
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist physicians during deliveries and emergency procedures
- Educate patients and families on childbirth, newborn care, and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Respond quickly and effectively in high-acuity situations
- Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatal teams, and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
- Active RN License in Nevada
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications required
- Strong fetal monitoring and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
