Pay: $2,162.88 per week

Shifts: Nights 7PM - 7AM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery for a full-time travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves coordinating and implementing patient care with a focus on quality and safety in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
  • Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies
  • Obtain and record initial assessment; establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
  • Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
  • Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care for the patient within established time frames
  • Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on the interpretation of facts and patient outcome evaluations
  • Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning
  • Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
  • Evaluate the plan of care
  • Perform various Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
  • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
  • Current BLS certification from AHA
  • Current ACLS certification from AHA
  • Current NRP certification
  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
  • Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
  • Experience: All newly hired nurses with two or less years of experience as a Registered Nurse will be hired in at a CN I status
