Description:
The position requires a registered nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
First-time travelers are accepted, and weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
This role does not require on-call availability.
The clinician may float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital as needed.
The unit provides care for neonates, adolescents, and adults, with a daily census of approximately 3 patients.
Staffing ratios are typically 2 patients per nurse.
The unit is equipped with 7 rooms and a total of 12 beds.
Certified nurses will provide couplet care and triage for obstetrical patients.
It is essential for applicants to provide 2 supervisor references.
