- Number of Beds – 9 LDR; 8 PP/GYN; 2 OR suites; 23 wellborn nursery
- Number of Staff – 50+
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – Director; Manager; Couplet nurses; Birth response nurse; L&D nurses; Scrub Tech
- Night Shift – Clinical coordinator or charge nurse; Birth response; couplet; L&D nurses; Scrub Tech
- Patient Ratios – 3 couplets/1 nurse; L&D = 1:1 active labor/Pitocin/epidural
- Type of equipment – Corometrics
- EMR – Centricity Perinatal & Meditech
Hiring Profile
Must have:
Preferred or nice to have:
- Cesarean section – circulator, 1st assist, scrub
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Labor & Delivery; cesarean sections; post-partum & newborn care
- OBED triage; inductions; midwives

Floating Area(s):
- Within the unit – nowhere else in the facility
Dress Code:
Weekends and On call:
- 4 weekend shifts/4 week schedule: days are Saturday/Sunday; nights are Friday/Saturday
- No call requirement for travel staff, however, there may be opportunity for extra shifts
