Job Summary
Labor And Delivery (L&D) Nurse in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a postpartum and delivery setting. The role requires working night shifts, with a focus on supporting mothers and newborns through various stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026. Clinical team may require candidates to work 3x12 or 4x12 shift schedules, with EOW and blocked schedule options.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications, Epic Electronic Medical Records experience, minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience, and one year of clinical experience in a maternity setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior charge nursing experience and experience with patient ratios encompassing both neonates and adults.
- Certifications: AHA or ARC certifications only are accepted.
- Call and Weekend Coverage: Required to participate in 3 12-hour call shifts within a 6-week period. Weekend shifts are scheduled as needed, with a total of 4 patient ratios during nights and days.
- Additional Information: The position may involve caring for COVID-19 patients and requires compliance with a tobacco and fragrance-free environment. Candidates should notify prior to submission. This role necessitates adherence to RTO requests of no more than 7 days, and local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be prioritized with a lower pay bracket.
