## Travel OB Registered Nurse (RN) – Idaho
Ready for your next Labor & Delivery adventure? We’re hiring an experienced **OB Registered Nurse** for a **13-week travel assignment** in beautiful **Salmon, Idaho**! Join a supportive Critical Access Hospital where you'll provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns while also supporting the Med/Surg unit when OB census is low.
Location: Salmon, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM) | 36 Hours/Week
Specialty: Obstetrics RN / Med-Surg Float

Requirements
✔ Active Idaho RN License or Compact RN License
✔ Minimum 3 years of year of recent Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery experience
✔ Experience with Maternal/Fetal Assessment, Newborn Assessment & Postpartum Care
✔ Current BLS, NRP & AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification
✔ PALS (or willingness to obtain within one year)
✔ EPIC EMR experience preferred
### Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
* Perform maternal and fetal assessments and monitor for complications.
* Assist with labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, medication administration, and patient education.
* Educate families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes.
* Float to the Med/Surg unit during low OB census to provide quality patient care.
* Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and post-operative nursing care.
* Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
* Support patient-centered care while ensuring safety and quality standards.
