Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- 2+ years of Acute Care RN experience
- Recent Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
- Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery nursing care.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery.
- Educate patients and families regarding care and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes.
