Registered Nurse Requirements

• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Epic and postpartum experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP certification required
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced patient care environment

Labor & Delivery Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor process
• Support patients and families with education and reassurance during delivery and recovery
• Collaborate closely with providers and the care team to promote positive outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Respond appropriately to changing patient needs in a dynamic clinical setting
• Promote a respectful, patient-centered experience for every birth
