Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is needed at a healthcare facility located in Glendale, Arizona. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients on a night shift basis, overseeing staff delegation, and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Job Details:
- Location: Glendale, Arizona
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D), and relevant clinical certifications such as AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting high-acuity obstetric and neonatal patients, previous leadership roles or supervisory experience in L&D
- Additional Information: The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct patient care for obstetric and neonatal cases. They will supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance with facility policies, and maintain competency standards. This role is critical in supporting patient safety and healthcare quality outcomes.
