    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered nursing care across the life cycle within the Interventional Radiology setting
    • Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
    • Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities to other patient care providers as appropriate
    • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practice standards and the environment of care
    • Apply unit-based clinical skills and competencies specific to the IR specialty area
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
    • Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience (Emergency Department or ICU)
    • Prior Interventional Radiology (IR) nursing experience
    • Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
    • Experience working with an adult patient population
    • Current skills checklist pertinent to the specialty (within the past year) and verifiable work history required at time of submission
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with Epic electronic medical records system
    • Stroke patient care experience
