We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN) to join a dynamic Diagnostic Imaging team. Schedule:
Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Evening Shift)
Days: Monday – Thursday
4 x 10-hour shifts per week
On-call required based on unit needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
Administer medications and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Registered Nursing experience
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
Telemetry experience required
Active New York RN License (Required)
Certifications:
BLS (American Heart Association only)
ACLS (American Heart Association only)
Additional Information:
Hospital-issued scrubs will be required in procedural areas
Must adhere to infection prevention protocols at all times
