Experience with Moderate Sedation. Candidates must live within a 30-minute radius of the facility. Description: This position is for an Interventional Radiology RN. The unit consists of 2 IR suites, 1 holding area, and 1 CT procedure room. The nursing staff includes 5 nurses and 5 techs. Equipment includes Philips Bi-Plane, Phillips Single Plane, and GE Monitoring. The EMR system used is Expanse. Typical procedures performed include angiograms, cerebral coiling, biopsies, and neuro interventions. Additional procedures include carotid stenting, embolectomy, thrombectomy, and renal microwave ablations. Candidates must be able to work independently and efficiently in a nursing role. Collaboration within a team is essential. Availability for weekends and on-call shifts is required based on departmental needs. Flexibility to pick up extra call shifts is preferred.
