    Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, including general telemetry monitored and medical patients
    • Float between two hospital campuses as required to meet staffing needs
    • Operate within a universal bed care model, adapting to varied patient acuity levels
    • Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
    • Complete all required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and throughout the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
    • Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    • Valid driver's license to verify residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
    • Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments to support placement efficiency
    • Experience in geriatric care, cardiac services, or telemetry environments
