Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, including general telemetry monitored and medical patients
Float between two hospital campuses as required to meet staffing needs
Operate within a universal bed care model, adapting to varied patient acuity levels
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Complete all required learning modules and maintain compliance with facility standards prior to and throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
Valid driver's license to verify residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments to support placement efficiency
Experience in geriatric care, cardiac services, or telemetry environments
