Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, including general telemetry monitored and medical patients
Float between two campus locations as needed to meet staffing requirements
Operate within a universal bed model, adapting care delivery across patient populations
Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
Valid driver's license to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations is highly advantageous
