    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, including general telemetry monitored and medical patients
    • Float between two campus locations as needed to meet staffing requirements
    • Operate within a universal bed model, adapting care delivery across patient populations
    • Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
    • Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    • Valid driver's license to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
    • Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations is highly advantageous
