Registered Nurse – IMC / PCU / Stepdown (CV)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown / IMC / PCU setting, including Med-Surg overflow patients
- Deliver cardiovascular-focused nursing care in alignment with unit protocols and team nursing ratios (1:12)
- Collaborate within a team nursing model to manage patient assignments and ensure continuity of care
- Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed per unit scheduling requirements
- Float to like units or campuses within an applicable radius as operationally required
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a Stepdown, IMC, PCU, or cardiovascular setting
- Prior travel nursing experience required (at least one completed travel assignment)
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Large hospital experience required
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills- 3 or more years of recent relevant clinical experience
- EPIC electronic health record experience
- Willingness to work holiday shifts if they fall within the assignment period
