Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/IMC/PCU setting within a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center environment
- Manage a team nursing model with ratios up to 1:12
- Deliver cardiovascular and med-surg overflow patient care as assigned
- Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed
- Float between like units and campuses within applicable guidelines as needed
Required Qualifications- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) license – no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience
- At least one completed prior travel nursing assignment
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Large hospital experience required
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills- 3 or more years of RN experience preferred
- Cardiovascular (CV) nursing experience preferred
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
