Travel Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 30-bed Intermediate Care Unit with a patient ratio of 4–5:1
- Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, ensuring timely assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float to Med/Surg unit as needed based on staffing requirements
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the electronic medical records system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of Critical Care or Intermediate Care experience
- Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates are not accepted
- Must provide a valid driver's license with a permanent home address matching submitted ID
- Must attach all required licenses and certifications at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Prior travel nursing experience in an IMCU, PCU, or Stepdown setting
