Travel Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Full-Time | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 30-bed Intermediate Care Unit with a patient ratio of 4–5:1
- Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float to Med/Surg unit as needed based on staffing and patient census
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of Critical Care or Intermediate Care experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates are not accepted)
- Valid driver's license with permanent home address on file matching ID
- All required licenses and certifications must be submitted with application
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR)
- Prior travel nursing experience in an IMCU, PCU, or Stepdown setting
