Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a busy Cardiac Progressive Care Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for cardiac and progressive care patients
- Float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry units as needed
- Float to ICU for lowest acuity patients as required
- Document patient assessments and care accurately using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications- Active RN license – compact or Tennessee state license required
- Minimum 1 year of Telemetry and/or PCU experience required
- AHA BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months, clearly documented, required; candidates must pass a one-attempt Epic competency exam
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience floating across multiple unit types including Medical/Surgical Telemetry and ICU
- Strong cardiac assessment and progressive care skills
