Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry / IMC / Step-Down unit setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Float within specialty and skillset as operationally required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid Compact State license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Must reside outside an 80-mile local radius of the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Telemetry, IMC, PCU, or Step-Down unit
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to float assignments within specialty area
