Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) registered nurse position in Tyler, Texas. Required Qualifications: Valid state license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), two years of registered nursing experience, experience with charting systems (Epic preferred), experience in an intermediate care or similar clinical setting, and travel experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level I or II experience, community hospital experience, and additional certifications such as NIHSS.
