Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Iowa or compact licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- CCRN certification or pursuit of critical care specialty certification
