    Travel Registered Nurse – ICU (Nights)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every 3rd Weekend | No On-Call Requirements

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a critical care and progressive care unit, including management of ventilator-dependent patients
    • Administer and monitor IV drips and IV sedation
    • Manage post-procedure recoveries after hours on an occasional basis
    • Maintain patient ratios of 3:1 or 2:1 depending on patient acuity; 1:5 if floating to MS overflow or PCU
    • Float to Medical Surgical Telemetry as needed at a 6:1 ratio
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
    • ACLS and BLS certifications required
    • Minimum 1–2 years of critical care experience
    • Proficiency with Cerner EMR
    • Valid driver's license required; permanent home address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
    • All required licenses and certifications must be submitted with application or submission will be rejected
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience with ventilator management and critical care IV sedation protocols
    • Familiarity with progressive care or medical surgical telemetry environments
