Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Schedule / Job TypeTravel | Full-Time | Days Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, rotating weekends) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during day shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the facility EMR system
- Rotate weekend coverage as required per scheduling needs
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Mississippi or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Permanent residence must be located 50 or more miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in acute care settings
