Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during overnight shifts
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with critically ill adult patient populations
- Familiarity with critical care monitoring equipment and ventilator management
