Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
- Accurately document patient care activities and clinical data using Cerner electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
Required Qualifications- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a travel nursing capacity or ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity settings
