Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Float between multiple acute care hospital facilities as assigned
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing appropriate interventions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU/CCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments to support expedited placement
