Key Responsibilities- Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients including cardiac, trauma, and neurological cases
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Active Iowa RN license required
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- ACLS certification (AHA) required
- PALS certification (AHA) required
- CPI certification required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
Preferred Experience / Skills- TNCC certification preferred; will be required upon extension
- Experience with cardiac, trauma, and/or neurological patient populations preferred
